Today, the first day of November; where has this year gone.  I don’t know about you and your family, but here in the Shrimplin’s, it has been a crazy summer.  Unfortunately, the fall has not slowed down either.  We are busy!  That’s why this month I am going to slow down; not be in such a hurry.  I am going to do like the old song says, “Count Your Blessings,”  Each day of November I am going to thanks to God by writing about it.

Today’s post is the presence of God in my life. I can’t imagine what my life would be like without Jesus Christ in my life. I went to college because of Him. While there I meet my wife. In service to Him, we moved to Minnesota. He blessed us with with a baby in 2000 and now he is the best young man. Without Jesus and His calling on my life, I have no idea what kind of work I would be doing. Because of Him, I have the best job; pastor. I have met some of the best people the world has to offer. Are there names written down on Hollywood Sidewalks.  No! But I believe they will be Heaven’s Elite.
